How to Make Celery Juice
It is best to use organic celery when making celery juice. This is because organic celery does not contain any harmful pesticides or chemicals. These can affect how beneficial the celery juice is so it’s best to choose organic where possible.
Celery Juice Recipe
- 1 Bunch Organic Celery
- Water and Ice (Optional)
First, wash your celery to remove any debris before juicing. You can cut off the base to separate the stalks. To make roughly 16oz (around two cups) you’ll need one bunch of organic celery. Turn on your juicer to the slowest setting and feed your celery stalks through it. You can add water and ice to your taste.
If you don’t have the best juicer for celery, you can also make celery juice in a blender. Add your celery stalks and 1/4 cup of filtered water to your blender and blend. You can separate the pulp from the liquid with a sieve or nut milk bag.
